+ The breakfast and dinner buffet is absolutely amazing: top notch food quality and tons of choices with different themes every night. + Love the facilities for a family stay with a young kid. + Great location on beach front + Family friendly live performance every night + Also love the Iberostar application where we can track daily activities + Our 3yo had a blast, and so did we!!!!

The property is beautiful, and clean. The rooms and views are nice but the beds/linens/pillows could be upgraded. Staff is wonderful and the activities on site for both kids and adults is great. We saw some awesome bands and watched some fun shows during our 5 days. They also had bounce house slides for the kids by the pool one of the days we were there. The kids club is nice and you can drop kids off from 10-12 or 3-5 to do activities. Susana was the best with the kids! The food and drinks were very good and there was variety each day. The hotel is right on the beach and beautiful. Take advantage of the free professional photo opportunity on site! We loved our photos.

Beachfront is super convenient with a great view. We went running every day on the beach before breakfast. Free water station is available on every floor to reduce use of plastic. Sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room are awesome. SUPs (paddle board) and kayaks are available for extra charge at the hotel near the beach. The hotel offers free workout classes such as yoga, Pilates, Tabata, aqua fit…etc. On-site gym is very practical especially we ate too well at the hotel. Free parking is easy to find right in front of the hotel. We had no issue finding parking during the month of May. The room looked a lot better than the photos. Many cyclists, family, young couple with children, and some couples stay at this hotel. The hotel gives an immediate relaxing holiday vide. Staff are very friendly and nice. It was truly a beach vacation we dreamt of. We liked it so much, so even extended 3 more nights at this hotel.

There are a lot of positive and good things to mention.Starting from receptionist Aurelia who saved our holiday and made more then her best to make as happy.Thank you Aurelia! The hotel is very clean, beautiful new rooms,very tasty food,right on the beach.We had been offered by Aurelia a different more quiet room so you may consider to ask for quiet room when check in if the hotel will not decide to make improvement with their show program but hope they will as i sow in reviews i am not the only one complaining , overall the hotel is good from all points of view especially staff Ibelostar you need to apreciete your staff they do made a big difference but you may consider to change show manager as it is ruining your hotel reputation.

The cleaners will make all the difference in the world. Towels, laundry and all facilities were well maintained and clean. The pool and restaurant were always a pleasure to visit. Love the fact that the staff help us to learn more Spanish :) After all, it was a great holiday.

Easy to get to from Palma Airport; right on a beautiful clean sandy beach & turquoise sea Playa de Muro; Fantastic staff - everything you could want from a dedicated team - friendly, responsive, professional, attention to detail, committed to safety & cleanliness to enable us to have a fabulous holiday; great food with so much variety; great entertainment; although I didn’t need it for this trip the hotel was perfect for families with small babies through to teens - I would definitely recommend/bring my family here. Beautiful beach bar. I thought this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever been in - and I’m old & well-travelled around the world!

The hotel is conveniently reached via airport bus (the stop right at hotel). Staff are all well trained and nice, they also had a lot of staff maintaining the cleanliness at public area so is good. Breakfast and dinner buffets are with lots of varieties and dishes are changed every day so you wont get bored. There were activities available at hotel but we didnt have time to join. Overall is recommended to couples and families. I am impressed by Iberostar and will come again.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, ice cream – very good, wide choice 6. Adult beds and pillows very comfortable 7. SPA services - good quality 8. Available sun loungers 9. Bubble pool for kids 10. Possibility to order excursions & activities (boat trips, snorkeling, etc) 11. Iberostar application for guests
